ROVIQ counter-UAS hardware installations, sensory arrays, and customized defense software integrations are provided under formal contractual statements of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs).
All sensory hardware and directional RF modules include an initial 24-month comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering calibration, component replacement, and firmware updates.
Contractual cancellation terms, milestones, and escrow disbursements are governed strictly by the executed client agreement. Demonstration fees, if applicable, are fully credited toward subsequent hardware deployment orders.
