2. Proprietary Defense Technology & Intellectual Property

All software architectures, phased array algorithms, RF decoding signatures, optical tracking mechanisms, and documentation hosted on this platform represent the proprietary intellectual property of ROVIQ. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or dissemination is strictly prohibited.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Export Controls

Counter-UAS hardware and signal disruption capabilities are subject to national defense export regulations, spectrum allocation laws, and authorized civilian/defense agency permissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

ROVIQ systems are deployed according to site-specific master service agreements and standard tactical operational procedures.
